Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery to mainland UK addresses free of charge.
When will my box be delivered?
We use Hermes Next Day Service to deliver our meal kits. Boxes are shipped Thursday to arrive on Fridays.
Please note that, whilst we do everything we can to deliver the box on your selected date, occasionally the boxes are delivered the day after due to delays with the courier, and this is out of our hands. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
I’ve inputted information incorrectly on my address/order?
Email email@example.com an email as soon as possible and if your delivery has not been shipped we will be able to amend.

I have an allergy. Should I inform you?
Yes, absolutely. Please inform us of any allergy at time of purchase. All allergens are used in our kitchen however the allergens actually used in each dish are noted on the product pages. We have a strict cleaning schedule to prevent cross contamination, however, you must be aware we do use allergens in our kitchen at other times
I want to order in bulk for a corporate treat, virtual birthday party, etc.

I have a problem with my order.
