Ingredients (makes 2)

Handful of ice

100ml cachaca

4 tsp sugar

2 limes, cut into wedges, plus extra for garnish


Step 1 – Place the cut lime wedges into two tumblers with the sugar.

Step 2 – Use the end of a rolling pin to muddle the lime and sugar together.

Step 3 – Add 50ml cachaca to each glass, followed by a handful of ice. Give a quick stir and finish with a slice of lime.
